1. Registration

(1) Registration conditions

Chinese citizens who meet the following conditions can register:

4. Candidates applying for medical majors in adult colleges and universities should meet the following conditions:

(1) Candidates applying for clinical majors such as clinical medicine, stomatology, preventive medicine, and traditional Chinese medicine , should obtain the corresponding category of practicing assistant physician or above qualification certificate issued by the provincial health administrative department or obtain the corresponding professional qualifications of a general technical secondary school recognized by the state; or the rural doctor practicing certificate issued by the health administrative department at the county level and above and have a technical secondary school qualification Academic degree or technical secondary school level certificate.

5. Candidates for tourism system personnel who apply for tourism-related majors in adult colleges and universities must obtain a certificate from the grassroots tourism administrative department before they can apply.

6. Persons who are in good health, registered in Tibet or working (residing) in Tibet.

7． Foreign nationals who have settled in Tibet and meet the above registration conditions can register at the location designated by the provincial admissions examination agency with the "Alien Permanent Residence Certificate" or "Alien Residence Certificate" issued by the public security authority of the province (region, city) where they are located. .

8. Disabled persons who meet the above application conditions, can take care of themselves, and will not affect their studies in the major they apply for can also apply.

(2) Registration time, location and method

3. 5. The "Basic Candidate Registration Information Sheet" and "Candidate Registration Information Proofreading Sheet" are the file information of the registered candidates, which will be sealed when confirmed by the prefectural and municipal admissions offices and shall be kept by the candidates themselves. After admission, the candidate shall report to the admitted school with the notification letter and files.

6. Candidate examination room arrangement and examination area test paper (answer sheet) requirements application time: September 29 to October 10. 2. Examination and marking

(1) Examination subjects

The examination subjects are all in accordance with the Ministry of Education's "National Adult College Admissions Review Examination Syllabus" (2011 2011 edition), the Tibetan language subject test papers are organized by the Autonomous Region Education Examination Authority. Candidates must answer the questions strictly as required. Objective questions should be answered with a 2B pencil, and subjective questions should be answered with a 0.5mm black signature pen.

1. From high school to undergraduate and junior college examinations, unified examination subjects are set according to literature and history and science and engineering. The subjects of the unified examination are Chinese or (Chinese + Tibetan), mathematics (liberal arts) or mathematics (science), and English. Each subject is worth 150 points and the test time is 120 minutes. The examination subjects for each subject are as follows:

(1) Literature and history, foreign language (literature), and art (literature): Chinese or (Chinese + Tibetan), mathematics (liberal arts), and English.

Candidates who apply for undergraduate studies from high school are required to take the comprehensive professional basic courses history and geography (referred to as history and geography).

Candidates who apply for undergraduate studies from high school are required to take additional exams for the comprehensive subjects of physics and chemistry (referred to as physics and chemistry), which are the basic courses of the major.

(3) Admissions to art and sports majors in adult colleges and universities must take additional professional examinations for candidates. Whether to add additional examinations for other majors is determined by each adult college. Additional examinations for majors in adult colleges and universities must be indicated in the admissions brochure published to the public, and the examinations must be set up and organized by oneself. The candidates' professional additional examination scores and the list of candidates who have passed the additional examination determined by the adult college must be submitted to the Autonomous Region Education Examination Authority for record before November 20.

(4) Candidates who apply for admission from high school to undergraduate or junior college can choose to take the Chinese language or Chinese language test according to their actual situation. Candidates who take the Chinese language test paper will have 100% of their Chinese language scores counted in the total score; candidates who take the Chinese language test paper must take the Tibetan language test, and their Chinese language and Tibetan language scores will each count 50% in their total score. The above subjects are subject to a national unified examination.

For colleges and majors that entrust training and system enrollment, only candidates from the entrusting unit or the system are allowed to apply, and other candidates will not be admitted.

(2) Examination organization

1. The examination is organized uniformly by the Autonomous Region Education Examination Authority and implemented in each examination area. The examination room must be located in a standardized test center for national education examinations. Each examination area must strengthen examination management, strengthen the management and training of invigilators and examination staff, standardize operating procedures, take examination style and discipline seriously, and organize examinations carefully.

2. In principle, candidates register and take the exam at the place of residence. Candidates who need to take the exam in a place other than their place of residence due to special reasons must bring relevant documents to the admissions office of the place of work or study for confirmation. All candidates admitted to our district must take the exam at the test center set up in our district, and the results of exams taken in other provinces (cities, districts) will not be recognized.

3. Candidates must strictly abide by the "Candidate Code" and relevant examination regulations, register and take the exam with integrity, and fill in the "Candidates' Integrity Exam Commitment Letter" as required.

4. Answer sheets can only be written in the country’s common language (except for English and Tibetan literature), and only one language can be used (unless there are special requirements that must appear in two languages), otherwise No marking will be given. The candidates themselves are responsible for the consequences caused by not answering the test papers in accordance with the examination regulations and requirements.

5. The work of grading and unifying scores shall be organized and implemented by the Autonomous Region Education Examination Authority. Examination results are announced through the Tibet Education Examination Institute website, the Tibet Autonomous Region Adult Examination Enrollment Management System, Telecom Audio Channel 96833513, and the Yixin official account.

6. After the results are announced, if the candidates have objections to the results, they can go to the municipal admissions office to apply for the "2016 Tibet Autonomous Region Adult College Admissions Examination Score Review Application Form", fill it out as required, and submit it Go to the admissions office of the city where you are applying. (3) Grading work

The grading of the 2016 National Unified Examination for Adult College Admissions in the Tibet Autonomous Region adopts a dual-grading mechanism and implements computer online grading. 3. Admissions

(1) Adult college admissions shall be conducted online and remotely. The admission process starts in late November and ends in late December; after the admission process is completed, no additional admissions or changes will be made.

(2) The admission work adopts the admission system of "school is responsible, admissions supervision", that is: among the candidates who meet the admission requirements for adult colleges and have test scores that meet the admission score, the admissions school will select candidates based on their wishes. The principle of "selective admission from high scores to low scores" determines whether candidates are admitted and the majors they are admitted to, and is also responsible for handling the remaining issues. The Office of the Autonomous Region Admissions and Examination Committee will review the admission list of the admissions schools in accordance with the national admissions policies during admission, supervise their admissions work, and correct situations that do not comply with the admissions policies. Each recruiting school should give full play to the role of the discipline inspection and supervision department within the school, strengthen self-supervision within the school, and establish a self-discipline mechanism.

(3) The Autonomous Region Admissions and Examination Committee delineates the minimum admission control scores for each subject based on relevant national policies, regulations and admissions plan score examination subjects. Among them, the minimum control scores for arts majors (except history theory, editing and directing majors) and sports majors from high-level undergraduates and high-level junior colleges shall not be lower than 70% of the minimum control scores for the corresponding enrollment types and examination subjects; For all majors in specialized public security adult colleges and universities, and medicine (except pharmacy) majors, if there are not enough candidates online, the control score can be appropriately lowered, but it shall not be lower than 70% of the minimum control score for the corresponding examination subject.

(4) During admission, candidates will be submitted to the admissions schools in order according to their total scores in the unified examination subjects. For schools that have additional examinations for professional courses, files will be submitted to the admissions schools in order according to the list of candidates who have passed the additional examinations. Admissions schools will select the best students for admission based on their scores in the unified examination (for art and sports majors, on the basis that the candidates' scores in the cultural unified examination have reached the minimum admission control score, in principle, students will be admitted based on the admissions school's additional examination professional course scores from high to low). (5) The list of admitted new students shall be submitted by the recruiting school and reviewed by the Autonomous Region Admissions and Examination Committee Office. The recruiting school will issue admission notices based on the reviewed list.

(6) The unit entrusted to train students may make suggestions to the enrolling schools to adjust the distribution of students based on the actual situation of the candidates, but will not participate in the admission process.

(7) All colleges and universities implement online remote admission. Institutions entrusting admissions must have a written authorization letter. In principle, only the autonomous region admissions and examination committee office can be entrusted to do admissions.

(8) Care Policy

1. Those who have won the titles of "National Model Worker", "National Advanced Worker", and "National May 1st Labor Medal" shall apply upon their own application. After review by the Admissions and Examination Committee Office of the Autonomous Region, and with the consent of the enrolling school, admission can be exempted from the examination (those who apply to enter the junior college to undergraduate program must have the qualifications to apply for the junior college to undergraduate program).

2. 3. 4. 5. For candidates who meet one of the following conditions, the Admissions and Examination Committee Office of the Autonomous Region will add 20 points to the candidate’s test scores. Whether they will be admitted or not will be determined by the admissions school:

4. Review of freshmen’s admission qualifications

During the registration period for new students, the recruiting school must conduct a comprehensive review of the registered freshmen’s information. Those who do not meet the conditions, commit fraud, violate disciplines and malpractice, their admission qualifications should be canceled in accordance with relevant regulations; for freshmen who cannot pass the electronic registration of student status, the final academic qualifications of the candidates must be reviewed, and the final academic qualifications reviewed and approved by the Ministry of Education cannot be provided. For those who have diplomas of corresponding level and above issued by national education series colleges and universities and higher education self-study examination institutions, their admission qualifications will be canceled by the enrolling school and reported to the relevant provincial admissions examination institutions for record.

5. Strengthen leadership and enforce strict discipline
