Doumen Xipu consists of three natural villages (Xipu Village, Dongming Village and Shazai Village), with a land area of 16.7 square kilometers, an original cultivated land of 3,670 mu, an economic development land of10.2 million mu in recent years, and a cultivated land of 2,470 mu.

On July 24, 2020, Xipu Village was selected as the sixth batch of demonstration sites for family civilization construction in Guangdong Province.
