What is the responsibility of the boiler equipment installer?

(1) Check the boiler steel frame members, heating surface equipment and boiler auxiliary equipment;

(2) Assembly, alignment and adjustment of boiler equipment;

(3) Prepare boiler auxiliary pipeline;

(4) Hydrostatic test, chemical cleaning, pipeline flushing, etc. ;

(5) Conduct leakage test for smoke, wind, powder and ash pipelines and ancillary equipment;

(6) Thermal insulation engineering construction of boiler wall, thermal equipment and pipeline;

(7) Participate in the commissioning of boiler units;

(8) Fill in the inspection and test records of boiler equipment and components and the debugging records of boiler equipment.
