What are the civil service positions?

(1) Staff members of the Communist Party of China. Including full-time leaders of party committees and discipline inspection commissions at the central and local levels; staff of party committee work departments and discipline inspection agencies at the central and local levels; staff of party committees in streets, townships, and towns.

(2) Staff members of the National People’s Congress. Including the chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general and full-time standing committee members of the National People's Congress Standing Committee, directors, full-time deputy directors and secretary-generals of local people's congress standing committees at all levels, full-time chairmen and vice-chairmen of township people's congresses; the work of the offices of special committees of people's congresses at all levels Personnel; staff members of the working bodies of the Standing Committees of People’s Congresses at all levels.

(3) Staff of administrative agencies. Including members of the people's governments at all levels, staff of the working departments and dispatched agencies of the people's governments at all levels.

(4) Staff of the CPPCC organs. Including the chairmen, full-time vice-chairmen, and secretaries-general of the CPPCC at all levels; staff of CPPCC working bodies at all levels; staff of CPPCC special committee offices.

(5) Staff of judicial organs. Judges, trial support personnel and administrative personnel of the people's courts at all levels.

(6) Staff of the procuratorate. Including prosecutors, procuratorial support personnel and administrative personnel of the People's Procuratorates at all levels.

(7) Staff members of democratic parties. Including the chairmen (chairmen), full-time (resident) vice-chairmen, and secretaries-general of the central and local committees of the eight democratic parties; staff of the functional departments and offices of the central and local committees.
