I. Scope of application
1. Focusing on the talent demand of strategic emerging industries and advantageous industries in our city;
2. It conforms to the 20 18 catalogue of urgently needed talents in Hefei issued by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau;

Second, the reporting conditions
(a) must meet the following basic conditions:

(2) At the same time, one of the following conditions shall be met:

4. Doctors or professional and technical personnel with subtropical high titles or above (including senior technicians) who can solve practical problems;
5 technicians with intermediate titles who can solve practical problems (including technicians);
6. Our city is in urgent need of full-time undergraduate and above graduates and full-time postgraduate students majoring in "985" and "2 1 1";
7 counties (cities), districts, development zones that have independent intellectual property rights or special expertise in the shortage of talent.
If the applicant continues to work in the declared enterprise after meeting the requirements and passing the application review, he can enjoy the living allowance within 3 years according to the standards stipulated in the Interim Measures for the Introduction of Talents with Industrial Shortage in Hefei.
