Hao Jianmin’s biography

Studyed at Xinjiang Architectural Engineering School majoring in industrial and civil construction; worked at Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Project Quality Supervision Station and the Construction Management Section of Bazhou Construction Bureau; successively served as deputy section researcher and deputy section officer of Bazhou Construction Bureau Director and section chief; deputy director of the Bazhou Construction Project Tendering Office; deputy mayor of Korla City and director of the Korla Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee; deputy mayor of Korla City; deputy secretary of the Korla Municipal Party Committee; deputy secretary of the Korla Municipal Party Committee and member of the Standing Committee of the Kuwei Party Committee , deputy secretary-general; deputy secretary of the Korla Municipal Party Committee, director of the Korla Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Kuwei Party Committee, deputy secretary-general; secretary of the Ruoqiang County Party Committee; secretary of the Ruoqiang County Party Committee, first secretary of the Bazhou Qiman Party Working Committee, First Secretary of the Party Committee of the Altun Mountain National Nature Reserve Administration Bureau in Bazhou.

He once served as the director of the National Korla Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, presiding over and leading the overall work of the national Korla Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee. Responsible for investment promotion, planning, land and resources, personnel (organization establishment), finance, auditing, and external coordination.

In December 2015, he served as director (deputy director level) of the Management Committee of Urumqi High-tech Industrial Development Zone (New Urban District).
