The main duties of kindergartens are to conscientiously implement the relevant laws, regulations, principles and policies of the party and the state, and to implement the instructions and decisions of superiors; Carry out the policy of combining protection with education, educate children to develop in an all-round way in physical, intellectual, moral, aesthetic and labor aspects, and promote the harmonious development of children's body and mind; Respect children's personal dignity and basic rights, respect the characteristics and laws of children's physical and mental development, and provide children with a healthy and rich living and activity environment.

Second, the scope and conditions of recruitment

(1) Having a permanent residence in Sichuan Province, aged 18 and under 30, and the calculation deadline is August 3, 20201;

Special note: According to the relevant regulations of the higher authorities, the graduates of 20 18, 20 19 and 2020 may not provide the kindergarten teacher qualification certificate and Putonghua certificate, but they must obtain the kindergarten teacher qualification certificate within 1 year from the date of employment, otherwise they will be dismissed.

2. Qualification examination

(3) Physical examination

Physical examination time: to be determined. According to the candidates' interview results, the medical examiners are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 from high score to low score (the interview results of medical examiners must reach the minimum control score of 60 points), and the list of medical examiners is published on the official account of Wutongqiao Education WeChat. Vacancies caused by applicants' voluntary abandonment or unqualified medical examination will be filled according to the equal scores. Physical examination refers to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, National Health and Family Planning Commission and National Civil Service Bureau. (4) Investigation

The District Education Bureau conducts a comprehensive investigation on the ideological and political quality, law-abiding, moral cultivation and professional ability of qualified medical personnel. Those who fail to participate in the inspection within the time limit or find that they do not meet the conditions for entering the examination will be disqualified, and the responsibility will be borne by the applicants.

(5) Publicity

According to the interview results, physical examination results and the investigation of candidates, the hiring personnel are determined and publicized on the official account of "Wutongqiao Education" WeChat. The publicity period is 7 days.

(6) Employment

After the proposed personnel have no objection, they will sign an employment contract with the employing unit (for example, Jinsu Town Kindergarten or shilin town Kindergarten failed to enroll students on schedule this year, and the proposed personnel will be managed in the transitional period, and the transitional work will be arranged by the District Education Bureau as a whole). If the proposed personnel fail to arrive on time, they shall not participate in the recruitment of similar teachers in our district within three years.

(1) After the position is selected, the proposed employee signs a labor contract with the employing unit, with a probation period of 3 months and probation salary during the probation period. The term of the initial employment contract is 3 years.
