III. Recruitment Methods

1. Registration

2. Qualification review

The materials submitted by the applicants must be true and valid. The Dry Care Affairs Center will conduct screening and qualification review based on the emails or mails received.

3. Written test

After passing the screening, according to the requirements of the recruitment position, the list of candidates for the written test will be selected and determined in a ratio of 1:3. The written examination is organized by the unit, and the content of the written examination mainly covers the basic theory and professional knowledge of the relevant positions.

4. Interview

The interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality of the position, and can be conducted in various ways such as defense and practical operations. The examiner will take the lead in asking questions during the interview, and the other examiners will ask supplementary questions.

5. Physical examination

The candidates will be ranked from high to low according to their overall interview scores, and the physical examination of the proposed candidates will be determined based on the number of positions to be recruited. The physical examination shall refer to the "General Physical Examination Standards for National Civil Servants (Trial)" and shall be conducted in the city's Class II A or above medical institutions.

6. Inspection

The inspection will be organized by the Cadre and Security Affairs Center. It mainly examines the ideological and political quality, compliance with laws and regulations, moral character and integrity record of the candidates.

7. Public announcement

Based on the results of assessment, physical examination and inspection, the candidates to be hired will be publicized on the "21st Century Talent Network" and the website of the superior authority. The publicity period is 7 days working days. If there is no objection to the public announcement, it will be reported to the Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission, the superior authority, for review and approval, and then reported to the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing.
