1. Generally speaking, boys will work in grass-roots fire squadrons for at least three years, mainly engaged in army management and fire fighting and rescue work.

2. After three years, some personnel will be transferred to brigades or organs to engage in other work such as army management, fire prevention supervision, logistics and political work.
