Does State Grid only recruit fresh graduates?

That's not true. State Grid application conditions:

1. Generally, they are domestic full-time fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above and overseas students recognized by the State Education Bureau. Among them, electrician is the only major category to recruit specialists, and other major categories do not accept junior college students. In the second batch of recruitment, academic qualifications are generally relaxed.

2. There are eight categories of majors that can be applied for. Generally, the first batch is mainly for electrical candidates, and the second batch announces other major types of recruitment.

In addition, there is an age limit. College students are not more than 23 years old, undergraduates are not more than 25 years old, master students are not more than 28 years old, and doctoral students are not more than 33 years old.

Article 3 The conclusion of a labor contract shall follow the principles of legality, fairness, equality, voluntariness, consensus through consultation, honesty and credibility. The labor contract concluded according to law is binding, and the employer and the employee shall perform the obligations stipulated in the labor contract.

Article 10 To establish labor relations, a written labor contract shall be concluded. If a labor relationship has been established and a written labor contract has not been concluded at the same time, a written labor contract shall be concluded within one month from the date of employment. If the employer and the employee conclude a labor contract before employment, the labor relationship shall be established from the date of employment.

Article 36 The employing unit and the employee may terminate the labor contract through consultation.
