(4) Interview
According to the number of job recruitment plans and the written test scores of applicants, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3. If there are vacancies in the interview candidates, they will be filled in equal amounts within the specified time. Participants in the interview shall pay the 80 yuan/person interview fee according to the regulations and issue the interview notice.
The interview is organized and implemented by the municipal organization and the human and social departments, and the interviewers are qualified before the interview.
The interview was conducted in a structured way, with full score of 100. If the interview score is lower than 70 points, the qualification for entering the next link will be cancelled.
Candidates' comprehensive scores are synthesized according to written test scores ÷ 1.2×0.5+ interview scores ×0.5, and the written test scores, interview scores and comprehensive scores are calculated with two decimal places.
(5) Physical examination and inspection
