How to apply for a Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan passport?
The Hong Kong and Macao Pass (not the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Pass) is the same as applying for a passport. You must go to the applicant’s place of residence to apply.
1. Traveling to Hong Kong and Macao to visit relatives
Visiting relatives in Hong Kong and Macao must meet the following conditions: ① Have direct relatives who have settled in Hong Kong and Macao; ② Have direct relatives who have applied for work in Hong Kong and Macao for more than one year for personal reasons Relatives; ③ Direct relatives who have studied in Hong Kong and Macao for more than one year; ④ Direct relatives who are Taiwanese compatriots and must go to Hong Kong and Macao to meet relatives from mainland China; ⑤ Direct relatives of returned overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese dependents cannot return to the mainland to visit relatives and must go to Hong Kong and Macao to meet relatives ; ⑥ Have close relatives who have settled in Hong Kong and Macao. Mainland residents who apply to visit relatives in Hong Kong and Macao should apply to the Exit and Entry Management Section of the Public Security Bureau (County) Bureau where their household registration is located, answer relevant inquiries and perform relevant procedures: ① Submit a completed "Chinese Citizen" with a recent full-face bareheaded photo of the applicant. The same photos on the Approval Form for Going Abroad for Private Purposes; ② Review the household registration book, ID card and submit copies; ③ Submit copies of the ID cards of direct relatives from Hong Kong and Macao, close relatives, and Mainland travel passes; ④ Certificate of kinship.
Apply at the exit and entry management section of the public security branch or county bureau where the household registration is located.

2. Group travel to Hong Kong and Macao

All overseas institutions, offices, "foreign-funded enterprises", collectives, joint-stock enterprises, private and individual registered in our city Enterprises, state-owned enterprises and companies below the third level that meet the following conditions can apply to the Exit and Entry Administration Department of the place where their household registration is located. ①Signing contracts or participating in tenders and tenders; ②Inspecting and supervising equipment and goods; ③Participating in exhibitions and trade fairs; ④Resolving claims issues or participating in civil litigation activities; ⑤Being invited to engage in business and scientific and technological inspections; ⑥Driving Transportation between Hong Kong and the Mainland.
