Dancheng is a new county town established after the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is located in the east of Henan Province, bordering Luyi County in the north, Huaiyang County in the west, shenqiu county in the south and Jieshou County, Taihe County and Bozhou City in Anhui Province in the southeast and east. The total area of the county 147 1 km2.

Prince bridge 1. There is a bridge on the Ming River in the central street of dancheng, which is called Prince Sage Bridge. On the north right side of the bridge, there is a stone tablet of "Prince Sage" and a big pagoda tree of unknown age, which is one of the historical sites in Dancheng.

2. Ji An's Tomb. If the Prince Bridge symbolizes the rapid development of Dancheng, which is novel and refreshing, then Ji An's tomb and faithful deeds in Jizhong Town are exciting and impassioned. Ji An's Tomb is located 500 meters north of Ji An Town, June 1963. It was announced by the Provincial Cultural Bureau as a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit, hence the name Jizhong.

3. Duanzhai site. Whether it is the Prince Bridge, the tomb of Ji An or the tomb of Princess Ningping, it only records a period of history. Duanzhai Site is located in the southwest of dancheng 10 km, which is a treasure house of cultural relics excavated by the archaeological community for many times.
