Rural collective economic organizations, land contractors or other rights holders whose land has been expropriated have objections to the announcement, and may apply for administrative reconsideration to the people's government at the next higher level within 60 days from the date of announcement; If there is any objection to the investigation and inventory confirmation organized by Dongping County Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, it may apply to Dongping County People's Government for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of making its administrative act. During the period of administrative reconsideration, the implementation of land expropriation shall not be stopped except under statutory circumstances.
