Article 86 If a fine of not more than 500 yuan is imposed for violation of exit and entry administration, the entry-exit frontier inspection organ may make a decision on punishment on the spot.

Article 87 If a person is fined for violating the exit and entry administration, the person to be punished shall pay the fine at the designated bank within 15 days from the date of receiving the penalty decision. If the punished person does not have a fixed residence at the place where he is located, it is difficult to execute the fine if he does not collect it on the spot, or it is really difficult to pay the fine at the designated bank at the port, he can collect it on the spot.
