1. Sweden is a Schengen country. The period of stay for issuing Schengen visas generally does not exceed 90 days.

2. China citizens who travel to several Schengen countries at the same time shall submit visa applications to embassies and consulates in China, the main destination country. If the main destination country cannot be determined, it should be submitted to embassies and consulates in China, the country with the longest stay in China. When the visit duration of each Schengen agreement country is equal, it shall be submitted to embassies and consulates in China, the first country of entry.

Ordinary passport holders must submit their visa applications in person at the embassy or consulate.

All visa application materials must be translated into English or Swedish.

5. It is necessary to purchase medical insurance for accidental injury covering the whole travel period, in which medical care and medical rescue guarantee are at least 30,000 euros.

6. Make a decision within 15 working days after submitting the application. For individual applications, it can be extended to 30 working days.

7. If the application has been submitted, the embassy will regard it as a complete application and start processing it immediately. Please ensure that all required documents are submitted at the same time when submitting the application (see the list of documents required under the relevant visa types).

8. If the visa is refused, the visa fee will not be refunded, but you can appeal.

9. All submitted application materials shall be accompanied by photocopies.

Folding basic material

6) Copies of business licenses of both companies (China and Sweden). The business license must be within the validity period, and the printing date of the Swedish company's business license cannot exceed one year from the application date.

7) economic security. You can specify who will bear your expenses in Sweden in the invitation letter or dispatch letter. The funds needed in Sweden are 40 euros per person per day.

8) Travel medical insurance with an insured amount of not less than 30,000 euros shall be included in the whole travel period in the Schengen area (from leaving the Schengen area to 24:00 local time in Europe). One original and one copy of the insurance policy (the insurance policy must be printed, and handwritten insurance policies are not accepted). When entering Schengen countries, you should carry the original insurance policy with you and accept border inspection. If you don't bring it, you may be refused entry.

9) The applicant shall present a copy of the valid residence permit in China.

10) The embassy or consulate has the right to ask the applicant for further materials, supplementary information or interviews.

Folding long-term visa

1) Apply for a study or research residence permit visa.

(1) Two completed and signed application forms.

(2) Two passport photos within six months. Unqualified photos will be returned.

(3) Two copies of passport identity page. If you don't have a passport, you can apply first and then return it. The embassy only accepts passports signed by passport holders.

(4) Statement, certificate and copy of full-time study in Sweden.

If you plan to learn Swedish before undergraduate study, you must provide the letter of acceptance from the language school and the confirmation letter from the undergraduate university when applying.

(6) If you have a work unit in China, you should also provide a letter of introduction (in English) and its copy. The letter of introduction should mention your position, with the employer's address, telephone number, stamp and signature.

Once you participate in the exchange program between Chinese and Swedish schools, you need to provide the original and copy of the letter of introduction from your school.

There is a financial guarantee, such as a bank deposit certificate. Ten months a year, at least 7,300 Swedish kronor per month. Financial guarantee sufficient for the time needed to complete the whole study in Sweden should be provided. Provide English materials and their copies. The funds should be deposited in the bank in the name of the applicant.

If you study in Sweden for less than one year, you must buy comprehensive health insurance. Insurance should cover the whole time of your stay, and the insurance amount should be at least 30 thousand euros, including emergency medical treatment and medical treatment in China.

⑽ Under the age of 18, notarial certificate and birth certificate that parents know and agree to the applicant's settlement in Sweden shall be provided. All notarial certificates must be certified.

Both parents need to sign the visa application form.

At least one parent should accompany him to the embassy to submit a visa application. If neither parent can accompany you, you need to authorize other adults above 18 in writing. If you go to the embassy accompanied by a teacher.

Provide your parents' notarial certificate and birth certificate stating that they agree to your application to Sweden. The notarial certificate must be certified separately.

2) Work visa application: You can only work in Sweden after obtaining the work permit in advance. If you have been working for less than three months, you have to apply for a visa. If it is more than three months, you should also apply for a residence permit while applying for a work permit. Usually, the immigration bureau will only approve work permits in special fields where there is a shortage of labor, or if the applicant has been employed in international exchange programs.

5. The materials should be submitted to the embassy or consulate at least ten weeks before the date of going to Switzerland. When necessary, the applicant may be required to supplement the materials.

Folding visa for visiting relatives

If you plan to live in Sweden for a long time with your husband, wife, cohabiting partner or children or other close relatives, you should apply for a residence permit before going to Sweden. Applicants who decide to settle in Sweden with their families apply for residence permits at the Swedish Embassy in China. The embassy will arrange a conversation after submitting the materials.

(3) Two recent passport photos (within 6 months).

(4) Two copies of passport identity page. Only passports signed by the passport holder are accepted.

5. Notarized Chinese and English marriage certificate and its copy. If you are married in Sweden, please provide two Swedish marriage certificates.

[6] If the marital status is divorced, a notarial certificate with no remarriage registration record in Chinese and English and a copy thereof shall be provided. Unmarried, please provide a notarial certificate with no marriage registration record and a copy in English and Chinese.

⑽ If the application for accepting fees is rejected, the embassy will not refund the fees. The application acceptance fee is RMB 1525 yuan. The Swedish Embassy only accepts bank cards to pay the application fee. Only when you can't use a bank card can you accept cash to pay all kinds of expenses.

4) Residence visa with parents:/kloc-children under 0/8, one or both parents are in Sweden, and children live in Sweden with their parents.

(3) Three recent passport photos (6 months), two of which were posted on the application form and the other one was submitted with the materials.

(4) Two copies of passport identity page. Only passports signed by the passport holder are accepted.

(5) A notarized Chinese and English birth certificate and its copy.

(6) notarial certificate of child custody in Chinese and English and its copy.

(7) If one parent of the child stays in China, a letter (in English) should be provided to prove that he/she knows and agrees to the child's application to go to Sweden.

(8) notarial certificate of household registration (original and photocopy in Chinese and English).

(9) Two copies of the identity page of the parents' (in Sweden) passport.

(4) Chinese and English kinship notarial certificate and its copy.

(5) notarial certificate of household registration (original and photocopy in Chinese and English).

(6) Two copies of the identity page of the passport of parents, children or other relatives (in Sweden).

(7) Two copies of the identity certificate (personbevis) issued by the tax bureau for parents, children or other relatives (in Sweden).

(8) Other documents proving that you depend on your children/parents/relatives.

6) Residence permit visa for accompanying work: If you plan to live with your husband/wife/cohabiting partner/parents working in Switzerland for a period of time, you should apply for a residence permit. Apply for a residence permit at the Swedish Embassy in China. After the embassy accepts the application, it will submit your application to the Swedish Immigration Bureau. If the application is approved, the Swedish Immigration Bureau will send the residence permit card to the embassy in China, and the embassy will inform the applicant to come to the embassy to collect the residence permit card. Not allowed to enter Sweden, waiting for the decision of the Immigration Bureau. Application materials to be submitted:

5. A notarized Chinese and English marriage certificate and its copy. If you are married in Sweden, please provide two Swedish marriage certificates.

(8) Two copies of the passport identity page of the husband/wife/cohabiting partner.

(9) Two copies of the husband/wife/cohabiting partner identity certificate (personbevis) issued by the tax bureau.

⑽ Invitation letter and copy of husband/wife/cohabiting partner.

⑾ For the financial guarantee of self-employed individuals or accompanying applicants, the financial guarantee of at least 3500 kronor per month and its copy shall be submitted.

If the child's parents are in China, he/she should provide an English letter and its copy. The letter must confirm that you know and agree to the child's application to go to Sweden to reunite with his relatives.

(13) Two copies of the identity page of the parents' passport.

14. Two copies of parents' (in Sweden) identity certificate issued by the tax bureau.

⒂ Invitation letter from parents living in Sweden and their copies.

Economic guarantee (living expenses of at least 2,700 kronor per month in Sweden) and its copy are applicable to applicants accompanying self-employment or accompanying work.

1. Entry visa: The Swiss side issues entry visas with validity and duration of stay according to the applicant's requirements.
