1. There are more places to advertise for jobs.
If the position recruited by the enterprise is not on the shortage list, it is necessary to conduct a permanent labor market test. Employers must advertise in national newspapers, usually for 28 days. From now on, employers need to put advertisements on two different paper media or digital media. Multinational companies with more than 250 employees must post job advertisements on their official websites.
2. The new SOC system will be started, and the minimum wage requirements will also change.
1) The grades corresponding to some positions have changed. Some positions that used to be level 6 have now become level 4.
