Does Iceland grant visa-free access to China?

On January 11th, the Embassy of China in Iceland issued the "Latest Notice on Visa Application Requirements in China". According to the notice, from now on, the Embassy of China in Iceland will implement the following requirements for visa application to China:

1. Visa scope is not required, and visa-free personnel who apply for various visa exemption agreements, hold valid China permanent residence certificates, hold valid residence permits, hold valid APEC business travel cards (excluding virtual cards) and enter the country 24 hours a day. The above-mentioned personnel do not need to apply for another visa to go to China.
