Third, the registration conditions:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

2. Have graduated from a senior secondary education school or equivalent;

3. Good health;

4 China citizens with permanent residence in our province.

Foreigners who have graduated from senior secondary education schools or have equivalent education in China must register with the Alien Residence Permit issued by the provincial public security organs.

Students in institutions of higher learning with higher education, non-graduates of senior secondary education schools, persons who have been taken compulsory measures by relevant departments or are serving sentences for violating the criminal law shall not register.

4. Subjects for application: literature and history, art (literature) and sports (literature); Science and engineering, art (science), sports (science). Among them, candidates who apply for liberal arts (arts and sciences) and sports (arts and sciences) can also apply for literature and history or science and engineering respectively.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) registration method:

(1) Candidates who meet the registration requirements must hold their household registration book, ID card and graduation certificate of senior secondary education school or equivalent proof, pay the registration examination fee and digital photography fee as required, and take digital photography.

(2) If employees who have worked in other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) for a long time and their children who live with their parents in other places really need to take the examination, candidates or their parents' units can go through the formalities of taking the examination with the consent of the workplace and the Admissions Committee of our province.

Candidates from other provinces who apply for borrowing in our province for work or study need to go through the formalities of borrowing in our province only after the consent of the provincial admissions Committee where their household registration is located.

Candidates who are not registered in this province are not allowed to borrow from other provinces.

(3) Arrangement of registration number: The candidate number generated during registration is 14 digits.

1 and 2 digits are the year code 09.

The 3rd and 4th digits are Shanxi code 14.

The 5th and 6th places are city codes (0 1 Taiyuan, 02 Datong, 03 Yangquan, 04 Changzhi, 05 Jincheng, 06 Shuozhou, 07 Jinzhong, 08 Yuncheng, 09 Xinzhou, 10 Linfen,1kloc-0/Lvliang).

The 7th and 8th digits are county (city, district) codes.

The number 9 is the test type code 1.

10 is the discipline code (1 literature and history, 3 art (literature), 4 sports (literature); 5 science and engineering, 7 art (science), 8 sports (science).

The numbers 1 1 to 14 are serial numbers.

Among them, art 10 and 1 1 are arranged as follows: 3 1 and 35 are liberal arts, 32 are liberal arts music (including dance), 33 are liberal arts broadcasting hosts, and 34 are other arts and liberal arts (candidates who do not participate in professional examinations organized by the province). 7 1 and 75 are science arts, 72 are science music (including dance), 73 are science broadcasting hosts, and 74 are other arts and sciences (same as 34); The serial number is 12 to 14.

(4) Candidates who meet the following relevant conditions shall present relevant materials when registering:

1. Candidates of the above eight categories must hold the relevant commendation certificate, award-winning certificate or national sports technical grade certificate when registering, and fill in the relevant registration form.

2, returned overseas Chinese, returned overseas Chinese children, overseas Chinese children candidates, must hold the certificate of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office at or above the municipal level and related materials.

3. Candidates from Taiwan Province Province must hold the certificate of Taiwan Province Compatriots Association and related materials.

The above two types of candidates must hold relevant certificates and certificates issued by civil affairs departments at or above the county (city, district) level when registering.

6. Candidates who apply for juvenile classes held by colleges and universities must hold admission tickets issued by relevant colleges and universities.

Seven, cities, counties (cities, districts) admissions offices and registration stations, use the opportunity of registration, strengthen the integrity education of candidates in the college entrance examination, strengthen the integrity awareness of candidates, and seriously examine the discipline from the source; At the same time, each candidate is required to fill in personal information carefully, the ID number should be accurate, the staff should check it one by one, and the candidates should confirm their signatures to prevent candidates from filling in information. If the information errors caused by the careless reporting of the candidates themselves affect the examination, voluntary reporting and admission, the candidates will be responsible for the consequences themselves; If the problems left over by the negligence of the staff are investigated in strict accordance with the accountability system, the responsible personnel shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities.
