Beiliuwang Village is located in the east of Linshui Town in Fengfeng mining area, adjacent to Fengfeng No.1 Middle School and bus company, connected to Chengfeng Highway in the west and surrounded by water on three sides. It is one of the immigrant villages of Dongwushi Reservoir. There are 438 households in the village, with a total population of 2 180, 5 village party branches and 4 village committees, 1 secretary and director. There are 49 people in party member and 28 villagers' representatives. The arable land in the village is 8 1.4 mu, and most of the villagers are engaged in transportation, going out to work and doing business.
