Singapore's latest entry regulations

Complete vaccination:

There is no need for nucleic acid testing before entering Singapore.

Not vaccinated:

PCR or ART testing is required 48 hours before entry, but it is not required after entry, but it needs to be isolated at home for 7 days.

Apply for an electronic entry card

The following two categories of people need to enter Singapore within 3 days before boarding. Apply for electronic entry card SG entry card:

1) Singapore citizens, permanent residents or long-term permit holders who arrive by plane or boat.

2) Non-resident (that is, not holding any passport, citizenship or permanent residency issued by Singapore) or IPA holder.

After completing the entry card, you will receive an email confirmation. Download the screenshot in advance to confirm the letter, so that you can sign in more smoothly.

Preparation of documents and materials

● Original passport

● Vaccination certificate in Chinese and English.

● IPA letter electronic entry and health declaration letter, click to view the strategy.

● Printed entry approval letter (MOE entry approval)

Low spreadsheet 16 (print signature)

Payment receipt of ICA system (if any)

● University Admission Notice

● 2-inch color photos with white background: it is recommended to prepare at least 4 photos.

● Physical examination report required by the school (if any)

● Original transcripts of undergraduate course in Chinese and English and graduation/degree certificate.

● Original and photocopy of language transcripts

● Certificate of deposit
