The History and Culture of Shoushan Village

Some landscape bird carvings in the house reflect the characteristics of culture and art at that time. Temple buildings, including Gong Lintang, Taibao Building and Kaigan Temple in Houfuyang, were beautiful and magnificent, but they were demolished in turbulent years. After the reform and opening-up, in addition to the two mayors of Tampo, which cost too much to restore, seven small temples and the ancestral temple were rebuilt. Shoushan village is characterized by strange mountains, strange rocks and beautiful scenery, and has rich natural resources to develop tourist attractions. The whole old village is fish-shaped. The strange mountains in the east are abrupt, just like a golden bell falling to the ground. The mountains in the west are unloaded, just like a half-moon sinking into the river. The peaks in the south are chasing waves, just like carp flying in the sky. The seven hills in the north, Ran Ran, rise, just like the seven stars fighting in the north. A dragon umbrella stands at the head of the village, and the stone on the side growls like a little lion, echoing the lioness at the end of the village. There is a strange bat cave half a kilometer east of the village. Bats live in groups all the year round. Moving is quiet, forming a wonderful natural landscape. There is also the strange Tianzhu Mountain, with mushroom stones rising from the ground and independent space, which can be seen one kilometer east of the village.
