1. Persons applying for naturalization or restoration of China nationality:
(1) copy of foreign passport or travel document;
(2) A copy of the foreigner's residence permit;
(3) A copy of the settlement confirmation form;
(4) If the nationality of China is restored, provide relevant certificates of China nationality;
(5) If one or both parents are children of China citizens, relevant certificates of foreign nationality at birth shall be provided.
