Wu Xinli, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1989 in the northern rural area of Huining, Gansu. In 27, he entered the College of Literature and History of Northwest Normal University, and in March 21, he went to Aksu, Xinjiang to teach. Diligent in poetry, many works have been published in Daily Gansu, Western Business Daily, We, Peach Blossom Mountain, Working Poetry Magazine, etc. In 29, his poetry works were selected in China Contemporary Poetry Group (School) Exhibition 1978-28.

It first appeared in the famous aphorism hanging on the inner wall of the teaching building in Huining No.1 Middle School in 23, and its author Wu Xinli was a student in Class 2, Senior 1, Huining No.1 Middle School at that time. Later, Zhiyang Middle School in Huining County also quoted this sentence as a famous epigram of the school and hung it on the inner wall of the newly-built North Teaching Building.
