Individual towns and villages have no overall planning for the construction of new rural demonstration villages and farms, and they have not paid enough attention to the construction of environmental protection facilities, public services, villages and barren ditches, slopes and barren hills.

Third, some cadres' work style is not solid. The vast majority of rural cadres are enthusiastic, energetic, proactive, clear-headed and strong in promoting.
