Recall Recalling the scene when he first accepted Mary Kay's invitation 11 years ago, Mai Yufu was filled with emotion. At that time, the entire company had only a few dozen employees, all of whom were very young, and they all worked together in several offices in a small office building. At that time, Mai Yufu was the operating director of a well-known joint venture in Shanghai, but he still chose this company that was just starting up in China.

In the 1960s, an American woman named Mary Kay Ash was treated unfairly in her company - a male subordinate was promoted to her superior and received twice as much salary as hers. Mary Kay was doing an excellent job at the time, but because she was a woman, the company was unwilling to give her more development opportunities. After all this, she resigned. In September 1963, Mary Kay took out her only $5,000 savings and founded a company aimed at helping all women succeed. She named the company after herself and took "enriching women's lives" as the company's motto. Mission, this is the origin of Mary Kay Company.

Today, 45 years later, Mary Kay, which started from a 50-square-meter store in Dallas, has developed into a large multinational conglomerate with operations in more than 30 countries and regions on five continents.
