What if Confucius Institute volunteers don't send units?

Confucius Institute volunteers have no sending units, so they can choose to sign up as ordinary volunteers of Confucius Institute.

Hanban's volunteer program is divided into Confucius Institute volunteers and ordinary volunteers. The former refers to the post of going to Confucius Institute or its subordinate Confucius classroom or teaching point. The latter refers to a position in a local primary and secondary school. Regardless of other factors, there is no sending unit, and you can choose ordinary volunteers when you register.
