No? European Economic Area? Citizens who work legally in Ireland can apply for a reunion visa after they settle down stably, usually after 12 months, and may stay in Ireland for at least 12 months. The inviter must be able to pay the living expenses of his family members without resorting to public funds (the weekly net income must not be lower than the FIS minimum family income standard).

If you are a citizen of a country that needs a visa and go to Ireland to reunite with your spouse, you should submit the following visa application materials:

1. Applicant's passport

2. Personal data form

4. Details of the spouse in Ireland, including:

Copies of all pages of his/her passport.

Copy of his/her GNIB registration card.

A copy of his/her valid work permit.

Letter from his/her Irish employer stating his/her income, including all benefits, working hours and whether the employer intends to extend his/her work permit.

The spouse in Ireland should provide materials to prove that he has enough funds to pay the applicant's expenses in Ireland. Proof materials include:

-Spouse's bank deposit certificate

-Recent P60 (proof of salary, tax payment and social insurance related to salary)

-An up-to-date payroll

6. Complete information of the applicant's immediate family (including parents, children and siblings). Please indicate whether other family members want to apply for a reunion visa in the future.

7. Details of the applicant's current presence in China.

8. If the applicant and his or her spouse in Ireland have just got married recently, a certificate should be provided to explain the pre-marital relationship.

9. A copy of the applicant's household registration book.
