Certification:

Single certification: it is a kind of certification submitted by the handler to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the destination country after obtaining the notarial certificate.

Double authentication: the agent submits the notarial certificate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs forwards it to the embassy of the destination country in China for secondary authentication.
