My junior year is considering going to Australia after graduation. Is it feasible to study TAFE before applying for a master's degree?

You look ambivalent. You want to save some money for your family, then you want to study TAFE for two years, and then you want to study for a master's degree, at least 1 year, so you might as well study for a master's degree directly. If you want to go back to work in the future, you don't need to take TAFE immigration courses or immigrate.

Seeing that your grades are good, I suggest you apply for a master's degree directly.

For example, the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales can all do it, and they are all in Sydney.
