(a) school-age children and adolescents with household registration in our city shall be registered by their guardians in batches in primary schools, junior high schools or related schools within their jurisdiction from June 25th with the original and photocopy of household registration book, real estate license and children's vaccination certificate; For special reasons, if you are not enrolled in the nearest school where your household registration is located, you should also provide corresponding materials in accordance with the following provisions:

1. If parents do not work and live in the original domicile and need to attend school near their actual residence, they should provide business or work certificates (business, enterprises and institutions show their business licenses, migrant workers show their labor contracts signed with employers for more than 1 year), real estate licenses or house lease agreements and other related materials to prove their actual residence, and the legal guardian of school-age children and adolescents issued by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau can continuously pay social endowment insurance premiums in our city.

2. Due to adoption, multiple births, parents' divorce, etc. , did not implement the household registration, provide the legal guardian's household registration book and the proof of the town people's government (street office);

3 immigrant children, should provide proof of immigration or immigration agreement or the town people's government (street offices).

(two) to take care of children, the guardian shall fill in the application form for admission, and provide the corresponding certification materials to the General Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau before June 19, and the Municipal Education Bureau shall make overall arrangements from June 26.

(3) The guardians of the following school-age children and adolescents shall fill in the application form for admission, hold corresponding documents and materials, and go to the relevant competent departments for qualification examination before June 12, and send them to the General Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau before June 19. From June 26th, the Municipal Education Bureau will make overall arrangements according to policies and regulations and business plans of schools:

1. Children of imported talents: The original and photocopy of the Application Form for Admission of Children of Imported Talents in the Compulsory Education Stage in Yueqing City, the Notice of Introducing High-level Talents in Yueqing City (employment permit for foreign experts in Yueqing City or residence permit for foreign talents in Yueqing City), household registration book, real estate license or house lease agreement and other relevant materials to prove their actual residence shall be provided and submitted to the Talent Office of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee for unified review.

2. Overseas Chinese and Chinese children: report to the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State for unified examination with their parents' original household registration certificate, current guardian procedures, current guardian's real estate license, children's passport, and original and photocopy of children's vaccination certificate;

3. Children of Taiwan compatriots: the original and photocopy of Taiwan compatriots' certificate, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, proof of actual residence in our city, etc., and report to the Taiwan Affairs Office of the city for unified examination;

4. Children of active servicemen who have no household registration in our city: with the original and photocopy of the valid certificate of their parents' unit, household registration book, parents' ID card (active servicemen's card), children's vaccination certificate and other documents, directly report to the General Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau.

(4) Children of new residents who meet the requirements specified in Wen Weifa [2013] No.5 shall be registered by their guardians in relevant public schools on June 30th and July 10 respectively (online registration will be started on June 20th);

1. A certificate issued by the township people's government or sub-district office where the household registration is located that both husband and wife go out to work at the same time or other legal guardians go out to work, and there is no guardianship condition in the household registration;

2. Zhejiang residence permit or Zhejiang temporary residence permit issued by our city;

3. Real estate license or house lease agreement and other relevant materials to prove the actual place of residence;

4. Proof of doing business or working in our city (industrial and commercial enterprise personnel show their industrial and commercial licenses, and migrant workers show their continuous labor contracts with employers 1 year or more);

5. A certificate issued by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that parents or legal guardians of school-age children have paid social endowment insurance premiums in our city for more than 1 year and are still insured;

6. Children's vaccination certificate;

7. The parents' marriage and childbearing certificate examined by the new residents' service management office (street office) of the people's government of our town;

8. If you come to our city with your parents or other legal guardians in the third year, you should also issue the student status certificate and transfer certificate of the original school.

(five) children and adolescents with moderate or severe mental retardation shall also provide the appraisal conclusions issued by qualified medical institutions.
