The health certificate for going abroad needs to be handled at the local international travel health care center.

According to the regulations, those who study abroad, pursue advanced studies, engage in business, technical cooperation, visit relatives, labor services and emigrate must go to the local international travel health care center for health examination.

The required materials are as follows:

1, physical examination of infectious disease surveillance:

(1) Original passport, Taiwanese certificate and Hong Kong and Macao pass;

(2) 3-5 recent 2-inch color ID photos;

(9) China citizens who have lived abroad for more than 3 months and returned to China: those who have the seal of the frontier defense organ on their passports and have physical symptoms;

(10) Foreign language forms required by foreign countries (schools) (if necessary).
