What does the New Zealand visa body check?

Hello, I have been in New Zealand for ten years, and I was an international student before. Immigrants, large and small, have gone through three times, including routine check-ups such as weighing, urine test, blood test and chest X-ray, but once again, the doctor told me to lie down, press here and there, and even pulled open my underwear and touched two eggs. The anus has never been examined.
