Xiaolubei, the resettlement village of Xiaoxiang Reservoir, has 43 households 138 people, including immigrants 109 people, accounting for 85. 1% of the total population of the village.

Xiaoxiang Lake is located seven kilometers southwest of Qujing City, Yunnan Province, and its outlet flows eastward, surrounding the south of Qujing City, forming Xiaoxiang River. After decades of natural growth and artificial greening, the hillside near the lake is covered with trees and beautiful flowers. Among the trees, there are many kinds of landscape trees and fruit trees, such as Christmas tree, peach, plum, pear, apricot and apple. On the south side of Xiaoxiang Lake, there is a "Moon Island" floating on the clear water.
