Article 4 When accepting a case of Chinese mainland personnel applying to enter Taiwan Province Province for reunion, residence or settlement, the entry-exit administration department and the entry-exit countries shall, within one month after accepting the application, make a family, physical, mental and economic visit to the applicant's spouse or relatives in Taiwan Province Province as the basis for examining the application.

Interview records, audio and video recordings shall be sorted out by the exit-entry administration department of the exit-entry country, and made into special volumes together with application materials, supporting documents, interview results in Article 4, paragraph 1 and other relevant documents for filing, preservation and management. Interview records made outside the country (territory) shall be made in duplicate, one of which shall be kept by the interview organ (institution), and the other shall be attached to the application form and forwarded to the exit and entry departments.

Eleventh interviewers should dress appropriately and have a sincere attitude, and may not use violence, coercion, inducement, fraud, fatigue inquiry and other improper means.

Article 12 The interviewers shall be appointed by the exit-entry countries and exit-entry administrative departments, in principle, in groups of two, and one of them shall be appointed at or above Level 4. If the interviewee finds that there is a suspected crime, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law.

Article 13 The methods for making, keeping and executing the interview records in Articles 10 to 10 of the preceding article shall apply mutatis mutandis to the interviews of spouses or relatives in Taiwan Province Province.
