Description of Macao passport clearance violation:

(1) It is illegal to enter Macao with a passport and return to the mainland directly without flying from Macao to a third country after using up 5+ 1.

(2) Violators must wait 60 days (counting from the day after leaving Macao) and re-enter Macao with their passports.

(3) Violators are not allowed to fly to Thailand and re-enter Macao via Shenzhen and Shanghai. The Macao Immigration Bureau refused entry and immediately repatriated them to the mainland.

(4) After the violator enters Macao with a pass, he will fly from Macao to a third country together with his passport. After returning to Macao, he will only enjoy a one-day stay, and he will have to wait 60 days before he can enter Macao with his passport.

(5) Passengers travelling to Vietnam by Air Macau or Jetstar must keep all boarding passes and visas.

Macao passport clearance overdue fine:

(1) If you overstay for the first time in one year, you will be fined MOP 500 yuan per day.

(2) overstaying for the second time within one year will be regarded as illegal immigrants, and according to the overstaying situation 1 to 3 years, they are not allowed to enter Macao.

Legal basis:
