K 1 visa issue

Because K 1 went to America and got married within 90 days. . I was not married when I went through the formalities. . We'll decide whether to get married when we get there. . Therefore, it was considered as a non-immigrant at the time of processing.

I won't ask if you are inclined to emigrate. . Just make sure you get married within 90 days.

After obtaining K 1, you must enter the United States within (usually) 6 months after K- 1 is issued.
