The New Zealand Entrepreneurship Immigration Project was rejected
Based on internal review principles, the New Zealand Immigration Service has recently announced eleven categories of business plans with high rejection rates, which are:

Some small-scale businesses and businesses will be strictly reviewed. The criteria for review by the Immigration Bureau focus on whether the applicant can truly contribute to New Zealand's economic development. After the applicant obtained the 12-month entrepreneur work visa, he did not know that the Immigration Bureau had stricter requirements for renewing the 24-month visa and applying for PR.
After the entrepreneurial immigration applicant is approved, the applicant and his or her spouse can obtain a 12-month work visa, which can be extended for 2 years after the business starts. Unmarried and non-working children under the age of 20 can obtain the same period of work visa. With a student visa, it is free to study in government primary and secondary schools in New Zealand. Studying at university requires tuition fees for overseas students.
1. Pass the New Zealand Entrepreneurship Immigration Score Sheet with 120 points;
2. Have an IELTS score of 4 on average (valid for 2 years, both Category A and Category G are acceptable; if the applicant has Study or work experience in an English-speaking country is exempt from IELTS);
3. Provide a detailed plan to invest in New Zealand, and invest at least 100,000 New Zealand dollars to start a business in New Zealand;
4. More than 2 years of business management experience;
Requirements for entrepreneurial immigrants to transfer to permanent residence:
1. Complete relevant indicators according to the investment plan.
2. The main applicant participates in the daily management of the New Zealand company.
3. Transfer to green card in advance: If you invest more than S$500,000 in your business and hire more than 3 full-time employees, you can apply for a green card immediately after the business has been running for 6 months.
4. If the applicant’s business does not go well in the first 3 years and fails to convert to permanent residence, but the applicant is willing and proves the ability to start a new plan, the Immigration Bureau will consider giving another one Work visa.
