Tourism resources in Wang Jiazhen

Wangjiatan is located in the southeast of Rong County, about 15 Li away from the county seat. At the end of Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of Ming Dynasty, many people in Rongxian moved to make a living and were occupied by Wang. In addition, Xushui has many beaches under the golden beads, so it is named Wangjiatan.

Fishing platform

Diaoyutai is the old scenic spot of Xushui River (the last border between Xuyang Town and Wang Jiazhen in Chaxi section). Today, there is only one boulder by the river. Xushui River comes from the north, flows through Diaoyutai, hits a boulder and turns eastward. The south bank is connected with Nanxiang, a few meters down is Pinshan Village in Wang Jiazhen, and the opposite of Diaoyutai is Daheba, Chaqi Village in Wang Jiazhen. The boulder is in the south of the cliff, and there are many bamboos under the cliff. There is a village road between bamboo forests, which can be used by small vehicles. Legend has it that there is a temple on the cliff, and at the foot of the mountain there is a plank road ladder connected with yanhe village Road. Incense is strong, and villagers from all directions often come to worship. One day it rained heavily, and a young man took shelter from the rain under the cliff. The owner of the temple invited him to the temple for convenience. The unknown young man swore, "This temple is going to collapse. Inviting me into the temple will kill me. " The master laughed at his ignorance and turned to climb the ladder. Suddenly, there was a loud noise and the cliff collapsed. In an instant, the mountain temple rolled down the cliff with the cliff stone, and the young man disappeared. A boulder on the cliff covered the temple. Later, I heard the local legend that the young man was transformed by the river monster and was overthrown because the mountain temple prevented him from practicing. Finally, the river monster was trapped under the boulder. In the 1950s, some local people strayed into caves under boulders, and when they saw the bodies coming out a month later, they were pecked beyond recognition by fish and shrimp. Now, although the cave under the boulder has not yet appeared in the dry season, it can be seen that it is deep.

Nowadays, when you visit here, you can take photos on boulders or have a picnic in bamboo forests, which is quite interesting.

Caizituo

A mile downstream from Diaoyutai, you can see a big bend. Locals call it "backwater" because the river hits the right bank and forms a backflow vortex. A few tens of meters down the bend, you can see that the right bank is mostly hard gravel (commonly known locally as pockmarked stone). There is a big stone under the river bank, which is one person lower than the river bank. On the other side, you can see a bamboo forest called rape flower. It is said that this is the deepest part of the Wang Jiazhen River. In 1960s, Wang Jiazhen was hit by drought, and the river dried up, so there was no bottom here. According to the local old man, there is a thousand-year-old ebony among the stones on the shore here. During the drought, some locals tried to add up their axes, but they failed to remove half of them. Later, the dam was built downstream, and the river was often deep, so the stones on the shore here were generally submerged, just like other banks. In the 1980s and 1990s, the river was clear. In summer, more villagers and children swim and play here on both sides of the river, or dive from the shore, or start swimming competitions from Dashi. The water in this place is deep, and there are many fish and shrimp. Residents on the other side often fish here. Put the net in the morning and collect the fish at night. If you can be there, you will definitely realize that boating is like fish fat, and the sunset is imperceptible. Lujiaoyan is located in Group 8 and Group 1 1 of Liujiao Village in Wang Jiazhen, and Liujiang Village in Gaoshan Town is located to the north of Lujiaoyan. Standing on the top of staghorn rock, looking north, you can see the terraced fields, farmers are farming, and egrets gather together, just like an exhibition of ink painting. The original Lujiaoyan moraine on Lujiaoyan was built in the early 20th century, covering an area of about 100 mu. According to 67-year-old Uncle Luo, the Lujiaoyan Wharf was built by Wang Zhenru, a big landlord, for three and a half years. There are many people around the wharf, and there are three gates, namely Dashimen, Guangshimen and Renshimen. There are pharmacies and shops in the village, and daily necessities can be purchased in the village. The corridor connects the house, so you won't get wet when you walk in the moraine on rainy days. Unfortunately, the mound was destroyed. As can be seen from the remaining houses, the mound is a series of sandwiched walls, and the doors and windows are beautifully carved, simple and elegant.
