2. Contact the landlord or real estate agent to find out the lease details, housing conditions and signing requirements.

3. Sign a lease contract, submit it to temporary id card, and clearly stipulate the rent, lease period and maintenance responsibility.

4. Pay the down payment of rent and deposit according to the contract.
