3. The next day, the Beijing Office of the relevant provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government will send the passengers to the designated counter of the terminal and arrange special personnel to guide the passengers to complete the boarding process.

If the passengers fail to make the trip, the staff will send them back to the corresponding Beijing office.

If the private car is picked up and confirmed to be observed at home, each district is responsible for registering the details of the pick-up personnel and passengers, and after signing the letter of commitment, it is allowed to return to the residential area after verification.

After arriving at the residential area, the streets, towns and communities will gather at the entrance of the residential area, present the notice of on-site observation, sign the commitment letter of on-site observation, implement the relevant requirements of on-site observation 14 days, and ensure daily service.
