Are all Chengde people Shandong immigrants? Are the real Chengde people Manchu?

Chengde's ancestral home is indeed part of Shandong, and mine is. At present, most people in Chengde are descendants of Northeast China and Shandong. Of course, there may be some aborigines or others. The Manchu people in Chengde are basically from Liaoning. Although Chengde people speak Mandarin and Beijing dialect, many northeast dialects are deeply rooted in Chengde.
