Brief introduction of Xinlicheng Reservoir in Changchun
Xinli City is famous for two main reasons. First, there is a large reservoir here, which is one of the main water supply places in Changchun; Second, it used to be the birthplace of the city, and Changchun's identity as a city was acquired when the museum was set up here.
Xinlicheng Reservoir, located in the middle reaches of Yitong River, is built by a dam between two mountain bags, with a total storage capacity of nearly 600 million cubic meters. The upper reaches of the reservoir are nourished by Yitong River, accompanied by green hills on both sides, and its water conservation forest has built a dense green barrier for the southern part of the city. The reservoir area is vast with beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery. From a distance, Tianshui meets Tianshui, and in some places, there are hazy places that look like islands. Nearby, the calm water surface is pushed by the stronger and stronger west wind, forming waves of surging waves and sparkling under the sunlight. Suddenly, I feel that the spectacular and open scenery here can even be compared with the impression of the sea except that the water surface is small and the water is not blue enough. The wind and waves increased and the water was noisy, and fishing boats began to close their nets and dock one after another. At first glance, lush forests, full of mountains and green hills; Waterbirds flapped their wings in the clear lake. Clear water, blue sky, pine trees and green grass constitute a picturesque and magnificent picture.
An accidental road sign on the way gave us a chance to get a close look at the origin and history of Changchun, which made this trip very meaningful.
Changchun area was once the territory of Fuyu and Bohai in ancient times, and the Liao and Jin dynasties were the most prosperous period in the history of Changchun area. There used to be a "Huanglongfu" in Nong 'an, and the ancient pagoda in Liao Dynasty still exists today. In the early Qing Dynasty, Changchun was the territory of Zasak, the prince of Mongolian Guoerluosi Qianqi. 1644 After the Qing army entered the customs, the northeast was in a particularly important position in the Qing Dynasty because it was the land of Longxing and the hometown of Manchu. Therefore, political special zones and cultural special zones are established to give special protection. During the Yongzheng period, in order to completely prohibit the people in Shanhaiguan pass from reclaiming land, restrict the communication and cross-border between Mongolia, Inner Mongolia, Northeast Han and Manchu, and maintain the production and living order in Northeast China, a wicker border was built in Northeast China, with Vitamin as the border and Mongolia as the border. The Qing court successively built the old side and the new side of wicker in the northeast, and banned the northeast. The land in Changchun is zoned in a closed area outside the wicker edge. However, the Qing dynasty's ban policy failed to work. During the years of Qianlong and Jiaqing, although the ban was repeated, and it was stipulated that all people entering and leaving Shanhaiguan must be verified and released by "printing tickets" (passes), a large number of bankrupt farmers in Shanhaiguan risked their lives and went through hardships to break through the ban. Still continue to sneak wicker into Kanto, enter the northeast to reclaim land, and form a large number of "refugees" without household registration in the northeast. Changchun, on both sides of Yitong River, was the first to bear the brunt, and the TV series "Going to the East" vividly described the situation at that time.
Although it was against the Qing government's ban on recruiting Han people to reclaim land, the Mongolian prince, together with the banned "refugees", broke through the historical barrier and dug up this wicker edge in order to make this vast nomadic land rich in gold and silver. The "refugees" who kept gathering here began to settle outside the wicker. Until now, there are many such names branded with historical traces in Changchun, such as Bianwu and Bianwang. 1800 On July 8th, at the request of Jilin General Lin Xiu, the Qing Dynasty broke the precedent for the first time, and adopted the method of "borrowing land to set up governance" to set up a director's office. This is the first departmental administrative organization in Changchun history, and it is called Xinli City by the people. Because it was built on the edge of a village called Changchun Fort, people used to call it "Changchun Hall", hence the name Changchun.
Today, there are few historical sites left on the ground, only a restored mansion and a looming Tucheng area for people to mourn. The nearby Fumeng Temple is still burning incense. Before and after Tathagata's birthday, good men and women come to the temple early to worship. Those who live far away even live in the guest rooms of temples and eat vegetarian food. The large Buddha statues in temples exaggerate people's beliefs and emphasize Buddhist views.
