The difference between public relations and immigration

PR = Permanent resident means permanent resident.

Immigration means moving from one's original place of residence to a new place of residence.

Naturalization belongs to the naturalization of immigrants, that is, to obtain local citizenship, and at the same time to be guaranteed by the Constitution, to enjoy the rights conferred by the Constitution, and to fulfill the civic obligations.
