Which department of Changchun government can apply for a visa to go abroad

There are two procedures for going abroad: 1) business trip; 2) Personal reasons.

The first category must be government workers, who are invited by the foreign affairs offices of provinces and cities if necessary, and belong to the scope of official business or business visits.

The second category is going abroad to visit relatives and friends, studying abroad, entrepreneurial immigration, investment immigration and so on. You must go to Changchun Public Security Bureau with valid identification.
