The school is an ordinary undergraduate college in Chongqing. In September 2006, Fuling Teachers College was renamed Changjiang Teachers College. Fuling District, where the school is located, is located at the intersection of the Yangtze River and Wujiang River. Fuling is the capital of Pakistan in the pre-Qin period, with profound cultural accumulation.
