Is the cost of business immigration in Canada high? How much will it cost?

1. Federal skilled workers (FSW) are divided into the following two categories:

A has more than one year's working experience in 29 occupations and meets the basic application conditions (Canadian working experience is not required). On this basis, you are eligible to apply by scoring various qualifications (such as age, education, language level and work experience). At present, the passing score is 67 points, plus 5 points for studying in Canada for more than one year.

B There is a permanent job invitation provided by a Canadian employer, and there are certain requirements for the nature of the job, mainly technical and management jobs, and you can only be competent after graduating from college.

It should be noted that 80% of China students are not in these 29 occupations, so it is generally impossible for international students to apply for this.

2. Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

It falls into the following two categories:

A Canadian university graduates who have worked in Canada for one year (full-time or cumulative full-time) are eligible to apply. They have requirements on the type of work, not inferior jobs (the corresponding policy is that graduates of Canadian universities can get a work visa for up to three years, with which they can legally stay in Canada to find a job and work).

B. Having worked in Canada for more than two years (full-time or accumulated full-time), you are eligible to apply, and you have requirements for the type of work, and you cannot be a junior job.

It should be noted that Class A work experience must be obtained one year after graduation, and the length of study projects should be more than 2 academic years.

3. PNP (provincial nomination plan) for provincial nominated immigrants

Provincial nominated immigrants are immigration channels set up by various provinces in Canada. Provinces attract immigrants according to their own development needs. Applicants who meet their immigration criteria can be nominated by the province and are eligible to apply for immigration to Canada without other conditions. It should be noted that the immigration nominated by the province is exactly the same as the immigration through other channels, and it is not mandatory to work or live in the nominated province after immigration. The nomination conditions in different provinces are different, but they are all similar, mainly in the following situations:

A get a permanent job contract in this province, or after working for half a year or one year, get the qualification of provincial nomination.

B graduate immigrants, now three provinces have proposed this year that they can obtain immigration qualification without having to work after graduating from universities in their own provinces. ON and BC provinces require graduates with master's degree or above (among which BC province requires science and engineering graduates). QC now has the policy of applying for immigration six months before graduation, but it must have French scores.

C Quebec skilled immigrants, due to the relatively high independence of Quebec, the immigration system is similar to that of federal skilled immigrants. The basic requirements for judging the qualification of immigrants by qualification score are more than half a year's work experience (no Canadian work experience) and a certain French foundation.

Graduates from D MB province who have studied for more than one year can be nominated by passing a score similar to the federal technical score. Generally speaking, you need to have certain work experience to reach the score, but the scope of work experience is relatively wide.

E (updated) MB province starts from 20 1 1, and graduates who have studied for more than two years can directly apply to the province to nominate immigrants, without degree requirements.

F 10000 yuan or more for master's or doctor's degree (at least one year's study) in F.sk province.

It should be noted that in category B, BC province has restrictions on the majors of master graduates, and most of the liberal arts and business courses are not very good, mainly because there is no such restriction in science and engineering.

4. Spouses or cohabiting partners of married or cohabiting immigrants

You are eligible to apply for such immigrants if you have been married or cohabited with Canadian citizens or immigrants for more than one year.

It should be noted that the average application processing time of the above-mentioned 1, 2 and 3 types of immigrants is about 1 year, and the length of the four types of immigrants is uncertain.
