Material Preparation for F4 Family to immigrate to the United States

If they are abroad, their relatives in China need to apply to the Immigration Bureau first, and the required documents and materials are as follows:

Child relationship: child birth certificate;

Stepchild relationship: the stepchild relationship formed by marriage must be that the marriage occurred before the stepson (female) 18 years old; Need to provide: valid marriage certificate, birth certificate and proof of the original marriage relationship between the two parties;

Unmarried children: blood relatives certificate, financial support certificate, etc. ;

Abused spouse or children: police reports, medical reports, witness statements, residence certificates, etc.

Adoption of children: relevant legal certificates;

Brothers and sisters: birth certificate and parents' marriage certificate
