After I- 130 was approved, the materials were transferred to Guangzhou Consulate. It usually takes about 1 ~ 9 months, and the consulate will inform you of the interview time (as well as the information of physical examination and hand model). After the interview, if there is no doubt about the materials, you can get an immigrant visa without further verification by the consulate, and you can go to the United States in about a month. If some materials need to be verified, it will take a long time (3 ~ 12 months, or longer).
