Rural Inns are a developing model in tourism and leisure, relying on rural special resources such as countryside scenery, natural ecology and national culture, providing civil modern people with a return to nature for relax and joy. Rurul Inns started late in Ginkgo Village in Tengchong, but have been improved into a new level in scale with the fast development of rurul tourism in Tenchong in recent years. The rurul inns have particular advantages in Ginkgo Village in Tenchong and a few of problems meanwhile so as to influence the healthy and sustainable development. Therefore, the current situations and relative suggestions are analyzed in this thesis for the development of the rurul inns in Ginkgo Village so as to accelerate the sustainable development of the rurual inn tourism in Ginkgo Village in Tengchong for the continuing increase in the income of the farmers.
